Agreement with OID

OID (Osservatorio Immobiliare Digitale), representing NAR in Italy, has signed an agreement with NEO with which OID Realtors® will benefit from NEO’s Iframe.

Webinar for MIAMI YPN. 

On April 13th, the first webinar for MIAMI YPN took place. MIAMI YPN members had the opportunity to learn more about NEO and the Iframe.

NEO attends the exclusive International Property Show in Dubai, a leading event in the global real estate industry that attracts entrepreneurs, investors and real estate operators from all over the world to the Middle East. NEO participates in numerous meetings with the aim of forge alliances and start new partnerships.

Introducing NEO in Peru

NEO’s expansion continues throughout the South American continent: after Brazil it is the turn of Peru, with a webinar organized for Peruvian agents to illustrate all the advantages and opportunities that come with the Iframe and NEO’s platform.

Webinar for Brazilian real estate agents

NEO is organizing a webinar for Brazilian real estate agents to present them with the platform and all its functions, starting with NEO’s Iframe, which will allow them to draw on constantly updated projects from the largest showcase of pre- and under-construction projects in Florida.

Agreement with ORRA

One of the largest Florida associations counting more than 20,000 affiliates, the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association (ORRA), signed an agreement with NEO offering NEO’s Iframe to all its members, which can be used for free on their real estate listing websites.

Partnership with OPISAS

Another important reality in the real estate industry became NEO’s partner: OPISAS, an international company created in 2008, specialized in real estate investment brokerage that boasts commercial partners in 3 continents and has more than 3000 real estate agents around the world. Thanks to the agreement with NEO, OPISAS’ European agents were able to start using NEO’s Iframe for free for their business.

First webinar for the MIAMI Association of Realtors

The first webinar organized by NEO for all the members of the MIAMI Association of Realtors took place in February. Every month, real estate professionals have the opportunity to participate in training and in-depth consultancy meetings on the use of NEO.

Launch of the MIAMI Association of Realtors’ marketing campaigns

The MIAMI Association of Realtors launched a heavy marketing campaign on all its social media channels, designed to advertise NEO to all its members. Communication actions include videoclips, webinars, and tutorials explaining how to use the platform and take advantage of NEO’s Iframe to increase business opportunities for real estate agents.

Agreement with Lennar Central Florida District

NEO secured a partnership with Lennar Central Florida District. The projects of one of the most important real estate developers thus became part of the platform, which offers Lennar all its exclusive Premium features.

Strategic Partners of Women’s Council of Realtors

The new year started with a new partnership agreement: NEO signed an agreement with the Women’s Council of Realtors and became their strategic partner. NEO offered its Iframe free of charge to all the members of the Women’s Council of Realtors to improve their business.

The first 1000 agents registered on NEO

In mid-December, only one month after its official launch, NEO reached a significant milestone: the first 1000 national and international real estate agents registered on the platform. This is the sign that NEO was an immediate success among operators in the real estate field.

NEO’s launch at the 2021 NAR event

During the 2021 edition of the NAR event (National Association of Realtors) taking place in San Diego on November 14, NEO – New Estate Only – the new platform destined to revolutionize the American and international real estate market, was officially presented. Thanks to the partnership between NEO and the MIAMI Association of Realtors, the most powerful tool of the new platform, NEO’s Iframe, becomes immediately available to all the 53,000+ members of the MIAMI Realtors free of charge.

Partnership with Fortune

NEO reached a new, fundamental agreement with one of the most important groups of developers and real estate investors in the United States, based in Florida: Fortune International Group. The partnership involves Fortune’s use of NEO, including the upload of all their most important real estate projects in Florida and the continuous and verified updating of project information.

Partnership with Cervera

NEO forged a partnership with Cervera Real Estate, a leading real estate company in South Florida founded in 1969. With this agreement, Cervera is guaranteed access to all NEO’s premium features and the ability to manage all its projects on the platform, which consequently is enriched with constantly verified information, updated directly by one of the most important real estate companies in the real estate field.

GOBA Meet the Builder 2021

NEO attended GOBA Meet the Builder 2021 as one of the sponsors. The event was organized by the Greater Orlando Builders Association which brought together the most important builders and real estate developers in Florida.

Partnership with the MIAMI Association of REALTORS

NEO reached a prestigious agreement with the historical MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI REALTORS), founded in 1920 and which has now become the largest association of real estate agents in the United States, counting more than 53,000 members. This new partnership guarantees them access to Florida’s largest listing showcase of pre- and under-construction properties.

Becoming a member of GOBA and the GOBA Sales and Marketing Council

NEO joined the Greater Orlando Builders Association and automatically became a member of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Becoming a member of GOBA gave NEO the opportunity to join the GOBA Sales and Marketing Council.
